Amplified Whole Health believes that whole and healthy organizations are made up of whole and balanced people. We facilitate organizational growth through a coaching process that works directly with leadership, and in some cases individual contributors, to define, create, and cultivate the health of their organization. At the end of an immersive process, you will have a clear definition of purpose, values, measurable goals and action steps that will propel your people and organization into a bright future.
We provide your team with two initial assessments. One is completed by individual employees and the other is a group assessment that the leadership team will complete as a whole. The results of these will be discussed as a warm up to our workshop where we will discuss what your organization is doing well and evaluate your satisfaction with your organization’s overall health. Throughout day one, we will continue to brainstorm all of the elements that are necessary to build your vision of a healthier organization.
Day two will be a day of blueprinting, where we will draft a plan to move your organization forward. We will provide you with an effective and reusable goal setting tool that you can utilize to achieve the action steps we will define together. We will provide three quarterly check-ups, where we will help you assess your successes and re-evaluate your blueprint as needed.
