Immune Boosting Smoothie: Berry Good
Ingredients:
.5 c plant based milk
.25 c plain greek yogurt
1 c baby spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T ground flax seed
.5 T chia seeds
1 banana
1 orange, peeled
3-4 baby carrots
1 c frozen pineapple chunks
4-6 frozen strawberries
.5 c frozen blueberries
ice cubes (optional)
Add the first 6 ingredients to your blender and blend on low, once blended add each additional ingredient until blended. Add ice cubes to thicken or water to thin. (Just don’t add to much at one time…sometimes a little goes a long way) Share with a friend, or place half in fridge and come back to it later. Just give it a quick blend to remix.
